1. Platform Intermediary & Content Disclaimer
LensGram.club acts strictly as a technology platform and hosting intermediary under Section 79 of the Indian IT Act, 2000 and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act in North America. We provide hosting and billing services to independent creators.
LensGram.club does not publish, curate, pre-screen, or assume ownership of content uploaded by creators. Creators are the sole publishers and assume 100% legal, criminal, and civil liability for all photos, videos, chats, and comments posted on their profiles. LensGram.club, its parent entities, and platform operators are completely indemnified and hold zero responsibility for creator uploads.
2. Strict 18+ KYC Audits & Registration Rules
To ensure compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in India and federal age-verification acts globally (including Canada’s S-210), all creators must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, or PAN Card) along with a matching verification selfie before their dashboard is enabled. Underage registration attempts will lead to an immediate ban and reporting to respective federal agencies.
3. Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Call Conduct
LensGram is a premium glamour, fashion, and lifestyle browser calling platform. The following categories of content and conduct are strictly banned on profiles and during active voice calls:
- Sexually explicit acts, pornographic recordings, or physical sexual acts (non-negotiable Section 67A IT Act violation).
- Harassment, verbal abuse, hate speech, threats, extortions, or blackmailing of creators or callers.
- Hate speech, extreme violence, harassment, or graphic gore.
- Promoting or asking for illegal goods, drugs, or soliciting self-harm.
4. Explicit Non-Recording Policy (No Capturing)
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of both independent creators and users, any recording, screenshot, screen capturing, or external recording/streaming of voice calls is strictly prohibited.
Any user or creator found violating this policy will face an immediate, permanent IP and account ban, forfeiture of all wallet balances/earnings, and potential legal actions under Section 66E of the IT Act (Violation of Privacy) and other applicable privacy regulations.
5. Billing, Connected Call Rates, and No-Refund Policy
Calls are charged dynamically on a per-minute basis as set by the creator. By initiating a call, the user authorizes the debit of the corresponding amount.
- Billing starts the moment the creator accepts the incoming call and both ends are connected.
- Strict No-Refund Waiver: Once a call is connected and active, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances.
- If a call fails to connect, or if the creator rejects/declines the call, the held funds will be instantly returned to the user's wallet/payment source.
6. Violation Enforcement & Account Suspension
LensGram reserves the right to immediately suspend, terminate, and lock accounts that violate our terms. In case of policy violations, any pending payout balances will be frozen permanently. Suspended creators will be barred from registering future accounts.
7. Grievance Redressal & DMCA Takedown
For copyright violations, content removal requests, or report of abusive calling conduct, contact our compliance desk at compliance@lensgram.club. All valid complaints will be resolved, and infringing material will be removed or actioned within 24-36 hours.
